Refund policy

OCEANORA offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at wetradeoff@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at wetradeoff@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can help make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item after your return request is approved, then place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
